Michael Tyrrell Wholetones Fraud
CONSUMER ALERT & PUBLIC APOLOGY, NOTICE OF FRAUD AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT
IT HAS COME TO OUR ATTENTION that several unscrupulous people in the natural healing and recording industry, including Michael Tyrrell’s Wholetones products and services, have infringed on Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz‘s intellectual properties and/or committed ethical violations in their commercial use of the Solfeggio frequencies and the intelligence Dr. Horowitz published to explain his pioneering works. This includes the doctor’s book Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse published in 1998.
We are greatly disturbed by the widespread unethical misappropriation, unfair and deceptive competition, and neglect of professional attributions among “light workers” and “conscious” artists no less. Hypocrites have commercialized Dr. Horowitz’s frequency revelations, especially his 528 industrial and intellectual properties, without providing proper ethical attributions; and worse, by committing gross misrepresentations, false claims, and consumer fraud.
Among these unscrupulous agents of deception, the most egregious abuse has been by Michael Tyrrell and his alleged “Wholetones” fraud:
(1) Michael Tyrell claimed to have “discovered” Dr. Horowitz’s discoveries; yet Tyrrell provided no substantive basis for his claims that his discoveries pre-dated Dr. Horowitz 1998 publication of the Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse book.
(2) Michael Tyrrell’s/Wholetones’ fraudulent claim feature his claim that he ‘discovered’ the “Key of David,” claiming that to be A=444Hz.
This is a reprehensible claim in light of Tyrrell purporting to be a researcher beginning his enterprise in 2010. Dr. Horowitz published extensively the King David 528Hz connection beginning in 1998, and heavily heralded this “key of the house of David,” as well of this key’s relationship to A=444Hz, in 2008, two years before Tyrrell started his deceptive enterprise.
(3) Michael Tyrrell and his Wholetones fraud, along and his unscrupulous publisher, Barton Publishing, who has a terrible reputation on the Internet for ripping people off. And they made no apology or correction what-so-ever when Dr. Horowitz demanded corrections and proper attributions.
(4) Lacking integrity and advanced “consciousness,” Michael Tyrrell actually called Dr. Horowitz at one point. Tyrrell was panicked by a State of Florida consumer fraud indictment opposing Michael Tyrrell/Wholetones and Barton Publishing’s false claims he was making to sell his ‘Wholetones’ album. Tyrrell urgently requested Dr. Horowitz’s advice, how to respond to the attorney general’s indictment. Tyrrell, at that point, falsely inferred that Tyrrell got his medical claims from Dr. Horowitz’s work.
Dr. Horowitz scolded Michael Tyrrell and told him to do proper research before making foolish medical claims, and suggested Tyrrell plead guilty, because he was guilty of making false claims.
Accordingly, HealthyWorldStore.com and CureShoppe.com provided public notices of apology for having been fooled by Mr. Tyrrell. After learning the truth, we cancelled our Wholetones distribution agreement.

RESPONSIVE CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN MICHAEL TYRRELL and DR. LEONARD G. HOROWITZ:
(Tyrrell’s statements are in blue, Horowitz’s in black, below.)
Michael,
This reply follows our telephone conversation yesterday morning regarding the public notice we posted alerting consumers about the extent of alleged fraud we charge you with.
Moreover, this mail follows our previous telephone discussion regarding the false claims you made that the Florida regulators indicted you for making for which you sought my advice. I informed you to plead guilty, pay the fine, and never make false claims again. Apparently, you did not learn from your mistakes as your mail here evidences, and your Wholetones website compounds with current false advertising.
This mail also follows my correspondence and notices that, presumably, Steve Rees delivered to you from me as a mutual business associate regarding certain apparent ethical violations in your advertisements that fail to provide proper professional attributions. Mr. Rees pledged to deliver to you (from me and my correspondence) the Code of Ethics for publishing professionals.
I now address your mail and single attribution that you published in your book, that you attach to your mail below (as shown).

“This is one page that says it all. As stated, you will see that I have ALWAYS given you, and Anthony Puleo, all of the credit for the discovery.”
Indeed, this page, “says it all.” It evidences how unconscionably shoddy your misrepresentations, omissions, and self-aggrandizing consumer fraud is.
First, it was not “Anthony Puleo” who must be credited. It is JOSEPH PULEO.
You may claim your error was a ’simple mistake,’ but it compounds the pattern and practice of your shoddy publishing, ethical breaches, and consumer fraud noted as follows:
You wrote, “My story, revolves around how I found 444hz, and used it as my tuning center.”
Michael, even if consumers were to assume your story of ‘discovering’ the frequency of 444Hz by your alleged act of doubling a bible page number (i.e., 222), for which you credit ‘divine inspiration’ for coming up with 444Hz, and then by that, claiming 444Hz as the ‘Key of David,” there are two damaging problems created by your alleged ‘discovery’ and false claims:
(1) Confusion in the marketplace damaging my intellectual and industrial property. This is because 444Hz is not the “Key of David” as my two decades of research following Dr. Puleo’s Solfeggio revelations show. 528Hz is the only ‘Key of David.’ To claim otherwise, without proper clarifications and professional attributions addressing the substantive research upon which I have made my claims, is not only unprofessional, unethical, but also fraudulent and tortious since you use your falsehoods to sell your CDs. This is false and deceptive trade, undermining, ‘diluting,’ and damaging my reputation as well as commercial interests; and
(2) It is grossly unreasonable and unethical to attribute your claim of your 444Hz ‘discovery’ as not only the falsely claimed ‘Key of David,” but worse. You attribute this falsehood to your purported “David” character that you claim you met in Jerusalem. But the evidence you present belies this falsehood. Your evidence is shown in the attached screenshot shown below.
It lists five Solfeggio tones with 444Hz interposed between RE and MI. This Solfeggio intelligence comes directly from my 1998-2008 publications with (and following) Dr. Puleo’s publications. You have especially misappropriated my early work with sound engineer Michael Walton. I worked with Mr. Walton in 2008. I interviewed and published videos and articles in 2008 explaining Walton’s discovery–how C=528Hz (MI) is obtained by tuning to A=444Hz.
The correct professional attribution for A=444Hz yielding C=528Hz is, therefore, Michael Walton. Not you, not me, not Dr. Puleo. And Mr. Walton does not claim 444Hz is the ‘Key of David’ as you claim to have ‘discovered.’
You ridiculously justify continuing to make your false claims. For instance you further misrepresented in your Facebook posting(s) that: “[T]he Solfeggio tones . . . have been here since the beginning. . . go to YouTube, and enter any of the frequencies and watch how many pop up from a myriad of people.”
Your fraud here omits the fact that ALL OF THOSE YOUTUBE VIDEOS sourced from my publication of Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse in 1998, related press releases and articles that prompted other researchers and musicians to apply. You will not find any videos, audios, or CDs, not even any articles, mentioning these specific frequencies or their Latin names from the “Solfeggio tones” prior to 1998, because this intelligence was concealed and then revealed by Dr. Publeo to me in 1997. We pioneered the industry in 1998.
These facts are corroborated by evidence that you abuse to falsely alleged your ‘discovery.’ Your evidence proves your source—“David” from Jerusalem—converted my and Dr. Puleo’s intellectual property and Walton’s discovery long after 1998. It proves you do not know what you are talking about!
Any other conclusion is frankly stupid, because anyone looking at your source page can see the Solfeggio frequencies and the Latin names of these notes that exclusively Puleo and I published in 1998—that’s 12 years before you established your contract with the infamous Barton Publishing and your current Wholetones website.
Michael Tyrrell, you wrote: “Nowhere in my book do I take credit for anything, in fact, one chapter is dedicated to teaching musicians how to tune and create their own frequency underlayments to play over. You could not possibly have read it…”
Your statement “Nowhere in my book do I take credit for anything,” defies your advertising campaign wherein you take credit for ‘discovering’ the falsely claimed ‘Key of David’ as 444Hz.
Here, for instance, is one screenshot:
And you, Michael Tyrrell, repeatedly justify your false advertising and false claims by blaming the fraud on Barton Publishing. But belying your blame of Barton, your current false advertising still credits you and your ‘discovery’ most clearly. This screenshot was taken on July 2, 2019.
So your claim that you honor me and my works, and properly cite me in your publications, is not evidenced. In fact, the opposite is evidenced. Nowhere on your previous and current online advertising do you provide such proper attribution, or correct your false claim of your discovery. In fact, you take credit for virtually everything I published about the Solfeggio (that you rebranded, ‘Wholetones’).
“I mix music with frequencies, not just the solfeggio tones,” you wrote.
That’s correct. By so doing, and concealing and obfuscating your sources and accurate intelligence, you have substantially and damagingly confused the marketplace and profited by your fraud. This is tortious and actionable.
“I use many frequencies for my projects, and I have gold standard, white paper clinical research for my project, ‘Wholetones 2 Sleep,’ which proves its efficacy. This study is a university sponsored, Dr. conducted, and electronically monitored, sleep study. It is in the process of being published in, ‘Scientific America,’ and a couple of medical journals.”
Congratulations. That’s great. And if that article is published by “Scientific America” (not to be confused with Scientific American) without providing proper professional attribution, I will sue you, your fellow ‘medical researchers,’ and the publisher.
Consequently, to resolve this matter, I demand that you provide proper corrective notice(s) to your research group and also to “Scientific America,” within the next 30 days (by August 3, 2019), and confirm by sending me copies of your official notice(s), including a copy of the corrected galley proof of the pending publication in “Scientific America.”
Moreover, I demand similar corrective notices be placed on every one of your Wholetones online advertisements. Every one should include the following ethical professional attribution:
“The original Solfeggio scale was first made public in this modern age in the book Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse by Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz and Dr. Joseph Puleo (Tetrahedron Press, 1998). Michael Walton and Dr. Horowitz are credited for originally determining and publishing A=444Hz related intelligence.
Further, the book’s name and authors’ name(s) should be appropriately linked for reference by consumers.
“I certainly understand that you have been taken advantage of, ripped off, and used in the past, however, I have always looked up to you, been an ally, and mention you as the pioneer that unearthed the six ancient solfeggio tones, and was shocked to see you accuse me of fraud on social media, and your website.”
Michael, I was ’shocked’ to learn the claims you were making and how you have misrepresented my intellectual and industrial properties.
“The photo you used is trademarked, and your narrative is far from accurate.”
Send me a copy of your trademark on your photograph. Your photo provided no public “TM” notice whatsoever. And even if it did, ‘fair usage’ of that photo under the circumstances is quite reasonable and responsible under my ‘public duty.’
“My friend, if you wish to ‘attack’ people, there are many demonic minions in government, business, etc to expose if you feel led.”
I think you would be hard-pressed to find anyone internationally who does a better job on that assignment than my partners and I.
“I am reaching out in love and respect…I am saddened that you actually thought I hurt you, (or anyone else for that matter!)”
Michael, under these circumstances, and given the aforementioned facts, it is not reasonable to presume your “love and respect” for me is not filtered through a delusional mind.
Giving you all the ‘benefit of doubt’—that you actually believe your fraudulent claims are as real as the “love and respect” you have shown me and Dr. Puleo, Michael Walton, etc.—you are deeply delusional and dangerously irresponsible.
In my opinion, Michael Tyrrell, you shame ‘conscious’ ‘light workers’ and other ’New Agers” who serve reputably to benefit humanity.
The way you think and act is a risk to society. You damage every reputable clinician and researcher in this field of frequency healing and music therapy.
“Had you read my book, you would undoubtedly see what I am doing, as a musician, is making a difference in the world.”
Michael, review the facts. You sent me a copy of your booklet to read when HealthyWorldStore.com began to work with you as a distributor of Wholetones. None of us had read your advertising with Barton, or the fraudulent claims you made therein and thereafter to the present time. You solicited us to trust you, by claiming you were properly attributing your work to me. Subsequently, you never noticed me or my business associates about your troubles with Barton and claims made regarding the ‘Key of David.’
Neither did you ever send me or anyone on my team any alleged promotion of my work (that you informed me yesterday you mailed out), including proper attributions. Having the alleged ‘falling-out’ with Barton that you claim to have had, and your “love and respect” for me that you claim to hold, you might have ethically acted by providing mailed notices to me and your other distributors. We should not have needed to rely on defrauded, damaged, and angry customers to learn about you and Barton and related consumer fraud complaints.
Moreover, to this day, there is nothing in your advertising campaign that Barton published, including your current operating Wholetones website, that makes known your troubles with, and independence from, Barton.
Therefore, please provide me with a copy of your termination notices or related correspondence with Barton, legal evidence of your termination with Barton, as well as the settlement you obtained with the State of Florida regarding the complaint for consumer fraud you received.
“I believe you have misjudged me Leonard, and that my brother, is on you. . . . Blessings- Michael”
Michael, your belief is obviously formed through your deluded mind. It appears that you don’t even responsibly recognize the fraud in your actions, advertisements, and justifications.
CONSUMERS BEWARE!
